Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office suite; experience with an Applicant Tracking System and Handshake is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel (20-30% during peak campus season).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead “Super Day” event planning for multiple offices, organizing interview schedules and MS Teams setup.
  • Manage logistics for campus events, including shipment of materials and engagement with partner organizations.
  • Post open positions on Handshake and manage campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide status updates on candidacy.
  • Coordinate internship programming and assist in candidate debriefs with recruiters.
  • Perform clerical tasks: data entry, calendar maintenance, and reservations of conference rooms.
