About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Contract Recruiter to support a busy Talent Acquisition team through January 2027. This position will focus heavily on campus recruiting, internship and co-op programs, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development, with the opportunity to assist with full-time professional recruiting as needed.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing campus recruiting initiatives, building relationships with colleges and universities, and identifying and engaging qualified candidates. We are looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute campus recruiting initiatives, including internship and co-op hiring programs.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university career platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for internship, co-op, and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate campus recruiting activities, university partnerships, career fairs, and student outreach initiatives.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring process.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with full-time and permanent recruiting needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with significant hands‑on experience in campus recruiting, internship programs, and co-op hiring.
• Demonstrated success in proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Experience partnering with colleges, universities, and campus career services teams.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and work effectively with hiring managers.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work onsite 3–4 days per week.
