Job summary

Guzool, a leading freeware site for time management, seeks a Student Outreach and Development professional in New York to attract students and build a robust campus pipeline. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; minimum 3 years in recruiting/sourcing roles
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting for high-volume hires, preferably in a software company
• Excellent communication and strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty and Guzool leaders to build campus presence and briefing sessions to attract students
• Develop relationships with campus faculty to drive Guzool loyalty
• Define university attraction strategies and manage hiring activities for efficient service in the hiring process
• Maintain sourcing channels, especially on social media, and encourage referrals
• Distribute promotional materials to students and post positions on job boards; update ATS and recruiting systems
