Job summary

Guggenheim Securities is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support the Investment Banking campus recruiting program in New York. The role involves building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, travel, and onboarding, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant system.

You will work closely with the Head of Recruiting and operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities during peak recruiting season while upholding meticulous administrative standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in recruiting or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage external postings, LinkedIn, internal referrals to build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview process including candidate communications and logistics.
• Coordinate candidate travel and hotel billing; manage itineraries; liaise with travel agency.
• Track all candidate submissions in Workday ATS and maintain database.
• Collaborate across teams through offer approval, background check and onboarding processes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
• Plan and host summer and full-time recruiting events; manage budgets and data.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting and operations teams.
