Responsibilities

• Manage external postings, LinkedIn, internal referrals to build pipelines.
• Facilitate interview process including candidate communications and logistics.
• Coordinate candidate travel and hotel bookings with the travel agency.
• Track submissions in Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Support offers, background checks and onboarding coordination.
• Assist with events during recruiting season and manage budgets.
