Job summary

Guggenheim Investments is seeking a Campus Recruiter & Intern Program Manager to own the firm’s early-career talent pipeline end to end, from first campus contact through internship delivery to full-time conversion. The role combines campus recruiting and post-offer internship management, including VTAP.

Based in New York City, this is a full-time position. The role oversees annual intern and analyst classes, relationships with schools, onboarding, mentorship, evaluation, and conversion

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in campus or early-career recruiting, program management, or both.
  • Has run or substantially built an internship program.
  • Can recruit full cycle: sourcing, assessment, closing candidates, and offer negotiation.
  • Disciplined program and project management with a complex calendar and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management with busy business leaders.
  • Comfortable with recruiting data: build a funnel, read it, and adjust strategy.
  • Willing to travel during peak seasons and to work longer hours.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the annual intern and analyst classes to headcount, quality, and diversity objectives.
  • Be the single owner of the early-career experience; interns should know who owns their program.
  • Advise sponsors on project design, managing interns, and evaluation; enforce program standards.
  • Build inclusive sourcing into standard processes; avoid treating diversity recruiting separately.
  • Maintain alumni networks for future candidate pools.
  • Represent the firm credibly to students, faculty, career services, and veteran organizations.
  • Own campus recruiting strategy and relationships with schools and services offices.
  • Run full recruiting cycle: sessions, fairs, interviews, offers, and close.
  • Manage employer brand on campus and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate interviewer and campus ambassador network.
