Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Client Success/Account Management.
• Excellent communication skills; experience in higher education preferred.
• Startup and remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track utilization, identify issues, and bridge campuses with internal teams.
