Job summary

CodePath is expanding its Higher Education partnerships team and seeks a Senior Manager to own partner activation and campaign development. You will build playbooks for for-credit partners, equip campus staff to market CodePath courses, and drive enrollments across 50+ campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in enrollment or admissions marketing in higher education.
• Built or scaled a technical community (student org, hackathon, Discord).
• Campaigns from concept to launch, including copy and creative, with SMS/email.

Responsibilities

• Own partner activation and campaign development.
• Build term playbooks for for-credit partners from awareness to add/drop.
• Equip faculty, advisors, career services, and clubs to market CodePath courses.
• Turn national for-credit applicants into enrolled students.
• Manage email and SMS campaigns via lifecycle contractor.
• Own campus relationships, events, and campus partnerships.
• Measure sign-ups and channel performance; optimize accordingly.
• Plan events for a term ahead with clear ROI expectations.
• Design alumni/Instructor/community presence on campus and online.
