Job summary

BetterMynd, Inc. is seeking a Campus Success Manager to drive partner onboarding, adoption, and renewals across a national university network. You will onboard campus partners, track utilization, and bridge campuses with internal teams, while showcasing products via web and in-person demos and managing the client lifecycle in HubSpot.

Travel is required; residency in the US is expected. The role emphasizes relationship management in a fast-paced startup environment with remote work history

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Client Success/Account Management.
• Excellent communication skills; experience in higher education preferred.
• Startup and remote work experience preferred.
