This role requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, First Aid/CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license, plus strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Entrata. A positive, customer-focused mindset is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maximize occupancy and renewal activity.
• Process rental applications and coordinate with General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with city authorities.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports.
• Support advertising/marketing efforts to fill units.
