Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required (Education).
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal – less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Promote sales promotions and events with campus/community.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily opening/closing activities.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandise standards.
• Supervise and schedule team members, onboarding, coverage.
• Create engaging customer service culture and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate campus events and day-to-day store activities.
