Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations, drive sales growth, and uphold brand and service excellence across campus stores. You will lead and mentor a team, manage daily financials, and collaborate with campus partners to deliver an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities include supervising FT/PT and seasonal staff, scheduling within budget, and ensuring inventory control, visual standards, and safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations for peak and regular periods.
• Train and coach team members; onboard new hires; schedule hours.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Partner with campus to coordinate events and store activities.
• Manage cash handling, inventory and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure security of assets and adherence to company policies.
