Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service across campus and traditional channels. You will mentor a team, manage schedules and expenses, and ensure inventory and visual standards align with company goals.

You will work closely with campus leadership, execute promotions, and support events while maintaining brand integrity and operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team and customer outreach.
• General computer skills including POS systems.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations to meet sales goals for traditional and peak periods.
• Supervise FT/PT and seasonal team members; train and coach on standards and policies.
• Maintain cash handling procedures, balance drawers, and manage deposits.
• Keep store clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards; manage inventory.
• Support campus relationships and coordinate with campus events and activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional service.
• Review store performance, budgets, and goals with leadership and adjust tactics as needed.
