Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader in Indiana to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand and operational standards. You will work with a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and monitor financial performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, merchandise execution, and collaboration with campus partners to ensure a superior student experience across General Merchandise and Course Materials.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsabilités

• Drive store operations and sales, execute promotions and events, review financials with leadership, and manage cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure store areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Supervise FT/PT and seasonal staff; train, onboard, and schedule within budget.
• Foster an engaging customer service culture, greet customers, answer phones, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with campus leaders and course materials teams on materials activities and campus relations.
