Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years retail management or strong customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions, events, and merchandising.
• Lead in-store materials activities and campus store operations.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review financials and drive sales.
• Manage campus relationships and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and coach team members; recruit, train, and mentor.
