Job summary

Follett is seeking a Campus Store Leader in California to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service across store operations. You will mentor a team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for students and faculty.

You will oversee promotions, inventory, cash handling, and store metrics while supporting a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager in achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and coaching abilities.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations to drive sales and deliver brand and service excellence.
• Lead promotions and events; review financials with leadership to recalibrate goals.
• Manage cash, deposits, and daily opening/closing; balance drawer and safe practices.
• Maintain inventory control and store cleanliness; ensure asset security.
• Supervise FT/PT and seasonal staff; onboard, schedule, and provide coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and solutions-based selling.
• Coordinate campus relations and events.
