Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execute store plans.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS operations.
• Maintain inventory and visual merchandising.
• Oversee staffing for FT/PT and seasonal team.
• Coach and onboard new hires.
• Schedule hours within budget.
