Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader to support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager, driving sales growth and delivering brand and operational excellence across campus stores. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure engaging customer service while managing store operations and campus partnerships.

You will align with company values, monitor financials, coordinate promotions, and maintain inventory controls to optimize performance and student experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; retail/academic retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Supervise FT/PT and seasonal team members; onboarding and scheduling.
• Foster an engaging customer service culture focused on solutions.
• Coordinate campus events and day‑to‑day store activities.
• Review store performance, financials, and inventory controls.
