Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead our campus store operations and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will coach team members, support daily activities, and ensure store standards are consistently met on a varied schedule year-round.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience recommended.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Support daily store operations and onboarding of new team members.
• Coach and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and ensure standards are met.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions.
