Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or campus store experience.

• Ability to coach and motivate team members in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide coaching and support to store team members.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and be Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and store standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.
• Promote safety, loss prevention, and a clean, organized store.
