Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coaching team members, merchandising support, and maintaining a safe, organized environment year-round.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coach and support store team members to create a customer-first culture.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, and step in as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, replenishment, POS transactions, and other store operations.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming store environment.
