Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader to drive store sales, mentor a diverse team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on campus. You will partner with leadership to review financials, set goals, and maintain store operations and inventory accuracy.

You will supervise full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff, conduct onboarding, and schedule within the budget while upholding Follett values and campus relationships. This role is onsite at the campus store.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent (education requirement).
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and rush periods, aligning with company objectives.
• Lead training and coaching of team members, manage onboarding, and schedule within budget.
• Create an engaging customer service culture, handle inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain service levels.
