You will mentor your team and stay engaged in financial metrics and store performance to meet campus needs.

This role requires supervising FT/PT and seasonal staff, training and coaching, scheduling within budget, and ensuring a welcoming customer service culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones to provide information, direct callers, and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive market growth initiatives such as POS email collection.
• Maintain service level agreements for OMS Orders.
• Review customer feedback and proactively provide solutions.
