Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal – less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for both traditional and peak periods to meet company objectives.
• Supervise and coach team members, schedule hours, and ensure coverage during breaks and peak periods.
• Create an engaging customer service culture and handle inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
• Build campus relationships through day-to-day communication and coordination with campus leadership.
• Perform other duties to support general store operations and ensure asset security.
