Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations in collaboration with Market Leaders and Campus Store Managers. You will drive sales growth while maintaining brand and operational excellence across the store and ensure an engaging customer service experience.

You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics, and work with campus leadership to align activities with store goals and campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Foster an engaging customer service culture and campus relationships.
