Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service across campus stores. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and partner with campus leadership to align store activities with institutional goals.

You will lead teams, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering engaging experiences for students, faculty, and staff. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
