Job summary

LidsU with The COOP at Harvard and MIT stores seeks a dedicated daily floor and operational leader to uphold transaction accuracy, cash office routines, inventory support, and Manager-on-Duty coverage. The role emphasizes coaching on customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures.

You will open or close the store, ensure tender handling accuracy, and maintain a visible floor presence across departments while supporting peak-period execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, operations, cash office, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous keyholder, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort handling multiple tender types and retail systems.
• Flexible availability, including opening, closing, weekend, holiday, and peak-period shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Direct work, support breaks and coverage, monitor service levels, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Coach associates on customer service, transactions, product knowledge, and store procedures.
• Support cash office, deposits, tender reconciliation, invoices, and inventory processes.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and provide coverage across departments.
