Job summary

Embry-Riddle is seeking a Student Recruitment Counselor to manage full-cycle recruitment for prospective students, helping them understand options and opportunities across Worldwide/Online Campus.

You will build relationships, participate in events, and collaborate with admissions to execute recruitment plans, aiming to meet enrollment projections while maintaining strong partnerships with university and industry affiliates.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1–3 years in customer service and/or 2 years of recruitment experience.
• 1–5 years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Proven track record for meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Professional recruitment experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiter for prospective students.
• Represent university at educational fairs and events.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet projections and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
• Collaborate with admissions and advising as required.
