Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Student Recruitment Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process, represent ERAU at events, and support enrollment initiatives across Worldwide/Online Campus.

You will build relationships, manage projects, collaborate with admissions and advising, and help maintain ERAU’s commitment to excellence in student services, including programs for military and corporate affiliates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years customer service excellence and/or 2 years recruitment experience.
• 1-5 years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
• Professional recruitment experience in higher education.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft OS, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Moderate travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as full-cycle recruiter for prospective students.
• Represent the university at educational fairs and events.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet targets and implement tactics.
• Maintain relationships with prospective students and partner departments.
• Utilize multiple resources and tools to recruit effectively.
