Embry-Riddle is seeking a Student Recruitment Counselor to manage full-cycle recruitment for prospective students across various programs including Worldwide/Online Campus. You will build relationships, participate in outreach events, and execute recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working with admissions and advising to support student services and matriculation.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 1–3 years of excellence in Customer Service and/or 2 years of recruitment experience.
• 1–5 years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/email and internet applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle recruiter for prospective students to inform and guide enrollment decisions.
• Represent Embry-Riddle at educational fairs and events as needed.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet targets and implement effective tactics.
• Maintain relationships with prospective students through matriculation and with admissions and advising as required.
• Collaborate with university departments to support student services and enrollment goals.
