Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Recruitment to lead regional recruitment efforts, outreach, and marketing to meet enrollment goals. The ADR will manage Regional Recruitment Counselors, develop regional strategies, and conduct presentations in person and virtually across diverse venues.

The role requires travel, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This remote position serves candidates nationwide, with relocation flexibility to CT, DE, DC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Analytical skills with knowledge of information systems and MS Office tools.
• Proven track record for meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Recruitment experience in higher education.
• Excellent customer service to colleagues, students, faculty, and customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High standard of personal conduct, professionalism, and integrity; confidentiality is vital.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to recognize priorities and handle duties beyond direct assignment.
• Ability to investigate, problem-solve and take corrective action.
• Moderate travel required.
