Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist to support faculty hiring and provide administrative and operational assistance for staff and senior-level searches.

This recruitment operations role works with the Director of Recruiting and Compensation to keep processes on track, handle confidential information, and improve workflows, templates, and communications across academic departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of recruitment support or HR operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.
• Sound judgment, initiative, discretion and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate requisition activities, search documentation, interviews, campus visits and approvals.
• Assist the Director with recruitment communications and process coordination across departments.
• Monitor progress, anticipate steps and resolve routine administrative issues.
• Provide admin support for staff and senior-level searches, including scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Maintain timely information in Workday and other systems; organize files and track milestones.
• Help improve templates, workflows and communication practices for hiring.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and escalate when needed.
