Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Recruiter – Campus/Entry Level Hires responsible for the effective recruitment and placement of external candidates, with focus on the College Recruiting Program. This position involves development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of all recruiting processes with teamwork across levels including Principals and management within Human Resources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of campus recruiting experience, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and one to three years related professional experience, including participation in a campus-recruiting program.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Guides candidates through the hiring process, and closes offers during the offer stage.
• Delivers informative presentations in classrooms or at student organization events.
• Develops and conducts training programs for staff and managers involved in recruitment activities.
• Works directly with managers assisting them in interviewing and selection processes.
• Maintains records on recruitment activities and related data.
• Develops candidate pipelines to ensure consistency between open requisitions and recruiting activities.
