Job summary

A leading staffing company is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage the recruiting process for technical and non-technical students. The role involves promoting the company at universities, managing recruitment for various roles, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of campus recruiting experience and experience with engineering students. The position is onsite in Irvine, CA, five days a week, with an estimated duration of 6 months, potentially extendable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Campus Recruiting, familiarity with internship and Co-op programs.
• 1+ years experience with Engineering Students.
• Ability to travel to at least 5 different on-campus programs in the fall.

Responsibilities

• Look after the full cycle recruiting process to attract and recruit students.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice at universities.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for specific business units.
• Sourcing and building candidate pipelines for roles.
• Coordinate phone screens and video interviews.
• Attend campus events and tech talks at targeted schools.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

The Campus Recruiter will look after the full cycle recruiting process in order to attract and recruit both technical and non-technical students. Positions to be filled include various full-time, intern and co-op roles across the company and country. Students recruited include undergraduates, graduate students in engineering and other disciplines.

• Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
• Looking after full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs for specific business units
• Sourcing and building candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
• Co-ordinating phone screens and video interviews
• Attending campus events, tech talks virtually at targeted schools
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, partnering with them through to selection and hire
• Working closely with the HR Global Services team on the post offer accept process through to onboarding
