Qualifications
5+ years experience in Campus Recruiting, familiarity with internship and Co-op programs.
1+ years experience with Engineering Students.
Ability to travel to at least 5 different on-campus programs in the fall.
Responsibilities
Look after the full cycle recruiting process to attract and recruit students.
Promote the company as an employer of choice at universities.
Manage full lifecycle recruitment for specific business units.
Sourcing and building candidate pipelines for roles.
Coordinate phone screens and video interviews.
Attend campus events and tech talks at targeted schools.
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.
