Qualifications

• GED or HS with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• No required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a direct, face-to-face customer service role at campus parking decks or events.
• Manage daily parking at gated decks, redirect visitors when full, assist with entry/exit/payments.
• Conduct space counts and walk-throughs of facilities.
• Resolve parking issues with customers and follow up as needed.
• Explain campus parking rules and regulations.
• Promote alternative parking and other transportation options.
• Complete cleaning and minor maintenance of PARCS equipment.
• Daily walkthroughs of facilities and reporting issues to management.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events.
• Conduct event sales and assist customers with mobile payments.
• Oversee part-time and temp staff during events.
• Assist with other events and handling VIP/ADA needs.
• Use ArcGIS, T2, SWARCO, INDECT, Honk software.
