Qualifications

• Associate degree required; no prior relevant work experience required.
• Previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Event planning and coordination across campus to support scheduling.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders for event-related work.
• Develop and implement life cycle process for events—from creation to billing.
• Direct event parking credentials, access codes, and billing; lead weekly staff meetings.
• Deliver premier customer service to visitors and resolve inquiries.
• Develop training documents and SOPs for parking operations.
