Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required; no prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Experience coordinating campus events or large-scale activities is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and departments to ensure events run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events across campus, building communication networks to improve efficiency.
• Lead weekly meetings with staff and the Event Parking Manager to share pertinent information.
• Supervise workload distribution among Transportation Services staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate peak activity periods and ensure policy adherence in event operations.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for the event parking program.
