Job summary

Diya School of Skills seeks a Campus Outreach Manager to expand presence in colleges across the assigned region. You will be the on-campus face, running seminars, attracting student leads, and building long-term admin partnerships for repeat access.

You will travel extensively, coordinate with marketing for event collateral, and report lead conversions to the sales team to refine target institutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education background preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in field sales, business development, or campus relations (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Comfortable with public speaking and conducting seminars in front of large student audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard colleges/universities for seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions on courses offered by Diya School of Skills.
  • Plan and deliver on-campus seminars and info sessions to final-year and pre-final-year students, positioning the brand and its programs effectively.
  • Generate qualified student leads from each campus visit and hand off to the counseling/BDA team with proper context for follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, and college administration for repeat access and priority scheduling.
  • Negotiate and formalize institutional collaborations (MOUs, placement tie-ups, certification partnerships) where applicable.
  • Maintain a pipeline of target colleges, track outreach status, and report visit outcomes and lead conversion back to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for seminar collateral, banners, and on-ground promotional material.
  • Track and report on campus-wise lead quality and conversion to continuously refine which institutions are worth prioritizing.
  • Represent the brand at education fairs, career expos, and college fests as needed

Job description

The Campus Outreach Manager is responsible for building Diya School of Skills' presence in colleges and universities across the assigned region. Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with CRM/lead tracking tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for regional travel)
