Job summary

Martin Eduverse seeks an experienced Admissions Counselor Supervisor to oversee counseling workflows and ensure target compliance. You will guide counselors on complex profiles, monitor call volumes and quality, and assist in pipeline tracking and admissions closing.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising team members or pods.

Responsibilities

• Guide counselors on handling complex candidate profiles and university fee structures.
• Monitor daily call volumes, response times, and counseling quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in admissions counseling, educational sales, or customer success.
• Prior experience in supervising team members or managing pod-level targets.
• In-depth understanding of Indian online university degree programs (BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency with modern CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead management tools.
