Job summary

Everforth Apex in Seattle is seeking a Recruiter 1 (Non-Tech) to manage full-cycle recruiting for university hires, screening, offers, and interview prep coordination.

You will review resumes, push candidates to online assessments, assist with onsite interviews, and partner with a collaborative team that holds two weekly meetings and campus engagement events.

This 3-month contract requires 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience navigating sourcing systems; familiarity with client tools is a plus.
• Executive presence and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, make offers, and conduct interview prep calls for experienced candidates.
• Review resumes and push candidates to online assessments; Sr. Recruiter decides progression to onsite.
• Assist with in-person interviews, guiding interviewees onsite.
