Everforth Apex Systems in Florida is seeking a Recruiter Level 1 Associate (0-5 years) to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, and present offers, delivering a positive candidate experience.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Zero to five years of recruiting experience, agency and/or corporate.
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS; Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake discussions to offer presentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain pipelines for various roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews to ensure skills and culture fit.
• Facilitate consistent hiring decisions and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and track basic recruiting metrics.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring efforts through inclusive sourcing and an equitable hiring process.
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and professional candidate engagement.
