Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Marketing Lead for Oakwood University’s Blake Dining Hall in Huntsville, AL. You will develop and execute the in-unit marketing plan, coordinating with the Regional Marketing Manager and dining services to drive awareness and participation in programs.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, data tracking, and event planning, with a focus on ROI, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Professionalism for customer and client relations.
• Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional Marketing Manager on the in-unit marketing plan.
• Lead the in-unit marketing plan and liaise with the management team.
• Work with internal staff, vendors and customers to execute promotional programs on time and budget.
• Design, print and distribute materials, packaging, and other special projects.
• Drive internal and external revenue and participation opportunities.
• Plan special events and promotions for residential and retail dining.
• Collect and track data (customer traffic, revenue and satisfaction).
• Develops project plans; coordinates projects; completes projects on time and budget; manage project team activities.
