Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a motivated Food Service Director to lead our Oakwood University dining team. You will oversee all functions of the food service department, guide a team of associates, and ensure high standards for culinary quality, safety, and sanitation.

The role requires coordination skills, strong communication with staff and executives, and experience with budgeting and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all functions of the food service department and resources.
• Hire and train a team of associates.
• Ensure culinary, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Budget department needs, including purchasing and forecasting.
• Coordinate with district manager on dining service operations.
