Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead the campus kitchen, oversee all aspects of food production, and deliver delicious, healthy meals for guests.

You will supervise quality standards, develop standardized recipes, manage events, and drive food quality and cost objectives while collaborating with campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
