Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee the production and service of meals at Oakwood University’s Blake Dining Hall. You will directly supervise the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensuring adherence to recipes and contractual obligations.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and meticulous attention to quality. Prior supervisory experience in a food service setting is essential; higher education dining experience
