Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
• Associates degree in Business or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred but not required.
• Strong communications, computer literacy, and mathematical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating the market successfully through outstanding customer service and financial goals.
• Interview, select, and hire store personnel using Aztec Shops practices.
• Develops and maintains employee schedules to cover staffing needs while ensuring customer satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Perform all administrative duties accurately and completely within a timely manner.
• Manages and develops market operations staff including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and directing work.
• Recommends pricing and participates in annual operating budget development.
