Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks a Full-Time Campus Concessions Assistant General Manager to direct concession operations on campus venues. You will manage events, staff, inventory, and financial controls under the General Manager of Concessions, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The role requires experience supervising a high-volume foodservice team, strong leadership, and mastery of scheduling, POS, and compliance. Eligible for generous benefits and a collaborative campus environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED and an Associate’s degree in Food Services Management/Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Strong communications, time management, computer literacy, and leadership skills are required.
• Experience in supervising staff in high-volume foodservice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees campus concession operations, events, shifts and locations under the General Manager of Concessions.
• Directs staffing, production, service, inventory, and workflow on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensures compliance with food safety and EH&S policies and manages labor costs.
