Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to identify and fix problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and assist in budgeting for repairs and maintenance.
