The Scion Group LLC is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) at the Village at Muller Park in Bloomington, IN. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service to enhance resident experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-centric with strong communication skills, reliability and adaptability, and available for day shifts and on-call rotations during summer, holidays, and turnover periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours to customers.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
